All online groups are via zoom

Monday to Friday mornings from 6:00am until 6:30am 

Designed to give you the space and opportunity to sustain accountability for a regular daily practice. Following the process in which I sit to meditate, I will lead you into a silent mantra meditation as we sit together for around 20 minutes.

Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm until 9:00pm

Designed for a deeper experience. Tuesdays are all about letting go, as I guide you through the evening using a combination of meditation techniques. I encourage you to create your own little sanctuary at home for this one.

First half of the evening it’s suggested that you either sit on a chair or cushion as we practice cultivating the seven essential mindfulness attitudes of Mindfulness Meditation.

For the second half you can lie down, using any blankets and pillows to aid ultimate relaxation as I guide you using visualisations and guided imagery promoting, peace, tranquility and healing.

Saturday mornings from 10:00am until 10:30am

Designed to get your weekend started in the best possible way. Meditations can vary from week to week here as I work off intuition and what feels right at the time.

Prices

All online groups are £10 per person as a pay as you go option.

Amazing block bookings and monthly subscriptions options are also available.

Tuesday evening or Saturday morning

£25 for 4 group sessions

£35 for 8 group sessions

Monday to Friday morning meditation

£55 per month (which includes access to all sessions, Monday to Friday morning meditation,  Tuesday evening and Saturday morning online groups – attend as many online group sessions throughout the month as you like).

One-to-one’s

£40 per session

£140 for block booking of 4 sessions
